Why are favorite products needed in a Telegram bot

Favorites is a special section where a user can add favorite products and categories. They can then access them quickly without searching for them in the general catalog.

How do featured products work in the Telegram bot?

To display favorites in the bot, you need to add a button with the action “View favorite products” in any menu.
There is also the “Clear favorites” action, which will remove all products and categories from the user’s favorites.

Configuring favorite buttons in bot templates

In each product template, there are two buttons by default:
- Add to favorites
- Remove from favorites


Only one of these buttons is displayed (depending on whether the item is in favorites or not). If necessary, they can be removed through the template.
