General information about deliveries in the Telegram bot

To add the first shipping method, you need to click the "Shipping methods" button. Then you need to add the first shipping method by clicking the "Add shipping" button, and enter the shipping information.
Shipping description: here you can write approximately how long it usually takes you / the delivery company to deliver the item by mail, courier, or in person.

Configuring delivery in the bot for physical goods

In the shipping method, you can configure:

1. Shipping name - for example, by mail or CDEK (only the name will be shown to the user)
2. Shipping description (for your personal use; the text will not be shown to the user)
3. Shipping cost
4. Shipping currency (if you are sending a parcel to foreign countries, choose a convenient currency to calculate the shipping cost)

What does the delivery method look like in Telegram?
