Cancellation of autopayment by the client

To cancel the automatic deduction of funds for a subscription, the client needs to:

1) Go to the "Active subscriptions" section
2) Click the "Cancel autopayments" button

After clicking the cancel button, automatic charging will be stopped.

Important! A button with the "Active subscriptions" action must be added to your bot.

Cancellation of automatic payments for customers through the admin panel

To cancel auto-payments for clients on the administration side, go to the admin panel on the website bot-t.com and follow these steps:

1) On the bot desktop, click the "Resource group" button
2) On the right in the window that appears, find the "Users who purchased a plan" button
3) Find the client for whom you need to disable automatic charges — you can use search
4) Click the "3 dots" on the left in the row with the selected user and click the "Cancel auto-payments" button
