How do I use the tax account?
In the BOT-T system, the tax account is created for the correct transmission of receipts and compliance with Federal Law 154.
If you operate in another country or on behalf of a self-employed individual, then you do not need this function.
Account settings
It is important to correctly fill in the data in the settings.
Receipts are sent to an email address or phone number. In the settings, you can specify what to request from the user.
If you choose not to request anything, then you likely expect the payment system to fill in the data itself (some payment systems request it themselves).
Some payment systems can generate receipts on their own. No additional settings are needed. And some payment systems cannot generate and send receipts; then you need to connect your own cash register in the tax office account. More details about your own cash registers.
Private settings for payment or payment groups
In the tax cabinet, you configure general settings, but you can also configure specific ones.
Specific settings are more important and will be applied with priority.
You can choose not to generate a receipt for a specific payment system, or request other data from the user.
