General order settings in the Telegram bot

Time between orders - means how often over N time your users can make purchases; if it is 15 seconds, then the interval between purchases cannot be less than 14 seconds.

Time in minutes before automatic cancellation of an unpaid order - means how much time your user has to pay for the order before it is canceled.

Maximum number of unpaid orders for one user - means how many open purchase transactions for goods in the bot your user has in total
