Setup of a changeable message with changes over time

A text message with a changed sending time works as follows:

- Added messages replace each other within the specified time period — from 0.1 sec. to 10 sec.
- There is no option to add media files directly, but it is possible to combine them with other free messages!
- The character limit per message is 4096
