What is a conditional message and how do you set it up?

Unlike other types of messages, here there are no additional settings or direct text configuration

But there are many conditions for sending a message:

- Whether the user is in the selected chat or channel
- Whether N days have passed since the first registration in the bot
- Filter of profile balance top-ups in the bot (quantity)
- Checking whether the user is in a group (a manually configurable list among bot users)
- Filter of profile balance top-ups in the bot (amount)
- Checking referrals for the selected period
- Checking the number of orders

The message is sent regardless of whether the condition is met or not - You need to select the messages to be sent (attaching other free messages) when certain conditions are triggered
