In which section is the sales statistics located?

Sales statistics in the Telegram bot is a set of data that shows how your bot is performing in terms of sales, taking into account the total turnover and number of orders over the entire time.

Sales statistics are also an essential tool for analyzing the effectiveness of your business strategy.

The order statistics section is located in the corresponding “Orders” button on the bot desktop for the “Digital goods bot” or “Physical goods bot” type.

But where can I see the statistics of subscription sales for the private channel?

Sales statistics in the subscription bot are located in the "Resource Groups" section in the right-hand column called "Management"

Basic sales accounting statistics in the Telegram bot

The "Orders" button contains important parameters for generating sales records, such as:

- Total orders: the total number of orders for all time
- Turnover: the total merchandise turnover for all time
- Number of items: the total number of items sold in all orders for all time

There is also the option to view each order of each user separately, which can be especially helpful for the store owner in resolving disputed situations:

- Order ID product name
- Purchase amount/quantity
- @Client nickname
- Payment method
- Purchase contents
- Order status

You may have noticed the "Export orders" button; when you click it, the latest orders are exported in Excel table format.
