Where can I find the setting through the bot?

Telegram now has the ability to edit general information directly in your bot.
To do this:
go to your bot, tap the bot profile, then tap Edit.

What can be changed through the bot?

At the moment, editing via the bot allows only:
1. Bot name
2. Bot description
3. Bot commands
4. Bot short name (link)
