Cart - a unique method of storing goods for subsequent orders
An important difference between a physical goods bot and a digital goods sales bot is the presence of a cart.
To go to cart design management, you need to click the corresponding button through the bot’s desktop.
Basic customer cart settings
You will see 4 main sections for managing the cart:
- Empty cart design when there are no items in it
- Viewing the cart with added items
- Editing cart items
- General cart settings
Empty cart design
From any section of the cart settings, you can switch to another block via the "Control Panel" in the upper right corner.
In this block, you can configure the message shown when the cart is empty, using the necessary constants and text, as well as add the desired buttons
View cart
This block configures the design of the user cart view when it contains items; by default, from the cart you can:
- Place an order, the constant {SUM} takes values from the total amount of all items in the cart
- Empty the cart
- Edit the cart
- Go from the cart to the catalog
You can also customize the design to your liking, using the necessary text and constants for customers. In this block, it is possible to add your own buttons; for example, if your menu consists of "inline" buttons, you can add a "back" button and assign it an action that displays the main menu.
