If such an error occurs on operating systems linux(desctop), android, ios you should update the app and use the official version telegram

For windows(only desctop):
An error in the desktop version of telegram Error: Could not initialize WebView.
Indicates the absence of the MicrosoftEdgeWebview2 module
It also will not run on operating systems older than Windows 8.1
In other cases, you need to install the special package MicrosoftEdgeWebview2

Infinite loading, errors opening the web module, or other authorization errors

If you updated the token from the bot, moved the module, recreated the module, or made any other changes that could have disrupted the module’s operation.

The most reliable way to fix it:
1) Re-pin it in the menu (delete it and create it again)
2) Send /start in the bot
3) Make sure the problem is resolved
