Additional settings for the feedback module in the Telegram bot

The following parameters can be configured in this button:

Reminder for the user - if the user ignores the question, after the specified time the bot (configured in the menu below) will remind them about it

Reminder for the administrator - a reminder message for the administrator to review unanswered requests

Feedback title - editing the message title, applied to the {MESSAGE_TITLE} constant

Reply template - the design of message replies, applied to the {MESSSAGE_ANSWER} constant

Admin reply text - customizable message for a quick reply to the user
