Why do they delete bots in Telegram?

Bots in Telegram may be removed for the following reasons:
1. Violation of Telegram rules: All bots must follow Telegram’s general terms of use, which prohibit spam, malware, illegal content, and other unacceptable actions.
2. Violation of the privacy policy: Bots that violate users’ privacy policy may be removed. This may include improper collection or use of personal information.
3. Spam: Bots that abuse the system by sending spam or unwanted messages may be removed.
4. Fraud: Bots used for fraud or to deceive users are also subject to removal.
5. Inactivity: If a bot is inactive for a long period of time, it may be removed to free up resources.
6. User complaints: If a large number of users complain about a bot, it may be reviewed and potentially removed.
7. Failure to meet quality standards: This includes a poor user interface, unreliability, etc.

Fast way

To restore access to the bot, you will need:
1. The bot's latest token
2. The account ID to which the bot should be transferred (you can find it in the Profile button, 1st line)

If you cannot provide the latest token from the bot, then write to our support request here and we will contact you(prepare proof of bot ownership in advance)
