What is an order return?

Returning an order in the Telegram bot is the process of returning a purchased item back to the store, usually due to the buyer's dissatisfaction with the quality of the item, its failure to meet expectations, or other reasons.

Important! Order returns can only be enabled in a digital goods bot without a cart.

To enable order returns, you need to go to the "Orders" section through the bot workspace and add the order return function
