What is a bot in Telegram?

A bot in Telegram is an automated account that can interact with users through messages. It can perform various functions, such as providing information, sending notifications, selling various goods, organizing polls, and much more.

Telegram bots can be created for both personal use and for business.

Creating a bot

Create a bot in @botfather using the /newbot command, and carefully read what is written (in English; if you don’t know it, use a translator).

After the /newbot command, enter a name for your bot — it can be anything in any language; you will be able to change it later.

After entering the name, придумайте an @username for the bot, обязательно write "BOT/bot/_BOT/_bot" at the end — language used: English. Think carefully before entering the @username, because it cannot be changed later.

After successful creation, @botfather sends you a message with your bot’s token and a link to it (copy the token; follow the link and join the bot so you don’t lose it).

Go to the website bot-t.com on the desktop, choose from the available bots the one you need. Click “Create bot.” Scroll down and click the “Create bot” button again.

Enter the token;
Select a language;
Select the main currency.

Click "Create bot." Done!
You have created a bot; now you only need to customize it to your needs.
