Registration and issuance of the store with the API key

Registration at the checkout happens immediately, but the checkout will be in test mode, and to remove it, moderation will need to be passed.

The webhook secret is issued separately when creating a subscription at the checkout (shown once).

Next, we issue the key shown in the screenshot, also copy it just like the secret above.
